The Christmas spirit has come to Learn It Stitch It! I hope you all like my Christmas wreath, it will be gracing my door from the 1st.
Katie, Charlotte and I had a lovely day making Christmas gifts and table settings earlier this month and I am sure that the lucky recipients of the scarfs and those lucky enough to be sat round Katie's Christmas lunch table will love all their hard work.
Katie and Charlotte have inspired me to have a Saturday or Sunday a month day 'course' for existing clients who just want to have a good long sewing day, these will start in January.
The new machine is also getting in the Christmas spirit and some lucky recipients will be getting embroidered gift bags with homemade gifts and elves this year. I have also finished a lovely wool coat, with embroidery, to wear to the Bradgate Park Christmas Fair this weekend and my cards this year are all embroidered.......
As well as computerised embroidery Georgina and I have been doing some free motion embroidery and again my efforts have been added to some lovely christmas gifts.......
On the 17th I am hoping to see all my lovely sewing friends for the Learn it, Stitch it! Christmas party. Felt decorations, mince pies and mulled wine will be the order of the day............ I can't wait!
I'll leave you with this little fella, because nothing says Chirstmas like a mouse dressed as a reindeer and wish you all a very, very happy Christmas!
