School trip!

What a fantastic time we all had in Birmingham visiting the fabric shops: Barrys, The Fancy Silk Store and the Rag Market.  We may all have spent a little too much but there are going to be some fantastic projects being made.  We are going to go again in the spring so if you missed it don't worry. 

Another lovely day course this month.  Jane and Barbara made Cocoon dresses and Sue made a lovely waistcoat for her son from fabric bought in Birmingham.  

This month has started lots of Christmas gifts being made.  Amanda has made some lovely PJs Gabe has made his wife an apron for her business and Cathie has completed a waistcoat for her husband.

Amanda S has her tongue firmly in cheek as she turned this old Barbie into a toilet roll holder for the work secret santa........  I wish I could have seen the lucky recipients face!

With Christmas coming Miriam has made a fantastic advent calendar, this will be a fabulous family heirloom I'm sure.
